Quality policy and client satisfaction

Standing centre stage in all our work is the client. Our prime objective and our obligation vis à vis our clients is to provide services of the highest quality professionally in due time. Quality Standards are defined in our certified Quality Management System which supports our employees in the achievement of above mentioned targets. Sharing lessons learned and continuous improvement are main pillars of our Quality Management System inuring to the benefit of our clients.


Client Satisfaction through Competence

The most important task of all the members of our staff is to recognize at an early stage all the relevant requirements of our clients and to arrange and align everything in our company in order to maximize client benefit. Our clients have learnt to appreciate this quality characteristic at Hydro-Ingenieure GmbH.

Client satisfaction is the main focus of our services. Through intensive communication with our clients and client satisfaction questionnaires we gather feedback of our projects on a regular basis. To our perception not only „contractual agreed“ issues are of importance but we follow-up the clients requirements in a pro-active way.

Quality Management System

In the year 2006 Hydro-Ingenieure GmbH established a workgroup with the objective to foster quality targets. In the meanwhile a comprehensive quality manual is effective and internal and external quality audits are conducted on a regular basis. As per 6. September 2007 the Head Office at Düsseldorf and the Branch Office at Osnabrück are certified according to DIN EN ISO 9001:2008. It is the companies understanding that the quality manual is an active document underlying continuous improvement to keep Hydro-Ingenieure GmbH on top of quality issues.



Work Processes and Quality Standards

All the work processes in our company are oriented on client benefit. Our internal work sequences are under our full control and are improved continuously. With implementing lessons learned, the results of internal and external quality audits and regular client satisfaction questionnaires we pursue a permanent improvement of our work processes.
