Emscher Sewer -
The planning approval process moves into the critical phase ....
As has been reported many times in the press, the application for the approval of the design of the Emscher sewer was submitted to the Münster Bezirksregierung - the regional tier of the government of North Rhine-Westphalia - in April, 2007. Thereafter intensive preparations had to be carried out for the public hearing (27.08. - 31.08.07) in the Gruga Hall at the Essen trade fair site.
